Eau Claire Community Council

Who We Are

The Eau Claire Community Council now launches a vigorous and vibrant new effort for our 28th year serving 40 neighborhoods in the North Columbia region.

Strong Vision: The Eau Claire Community Council works to unite, empower, and lead people who live, work, worship, study and play in North Columbia.

Strong History: Established in 1988, the Eau Claire Community Council (ECCC) convenes approximately 40 neighborhoods located in northern Columbia and Richland County, South Carolina. Areas served by the Council are known as Eau Claire, Uptown, 29203, the North Main Corridor, and North Columbia.

Our executive director Henry Hopkins, our president Christie Savage, our board of directors, and our many other volunteers offer decades of dedicated service.

Strong Foundation: A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, ECCC is headquartered in a renovated bungalow in the heart of Eau Claire.
